Did you ever have a bad day or not so pleasant day? Of course everyone has (we are all humans)! There are days when things don't seems to go our way. But giving up is not the solution. You have to keep going.
What you should do when thing go wrong:
1. Stay Calm.
2. Go for walk.
3. Take a nap if possible.
4. Think about a good day.
5. Better yet, think about a great day.
6. Take deep breaths (don't forget to exhale) and RELAX.
7. Talk (vent) to a close friend (you trust).
8. Go for a Run.
9. Remember, things that harm you make you a stronger person.
10. Remember, things will get better.
11. Never give in.
12. Never give up.
