Did you recently loose your job ? Join the club;in past two months more than a million people lost their jobs and way of life. Yes, some people live for their jobs not realizing that some day their jobs may die. What should we do when things get tough and hard. Give up ? Of course not.
When life get tough the tough does not get going. We have to deal with our problem. Today, I will mention a few ways how to stay strong in hard times.
1. Think Positive
What other option do we have ? None really. Life is challenging and being positive makes it more bearable. Always thinking someone or something is out to get you will make your lose your mind.
Thinking positive does not mean being absent minded about what could go wrong. It means we hope everything goes our way and if they don't it is not the end of the world. Rather, it is an opportunity to be creative and figure out solutions. Thinks will get better!
2. Don't have a cow
Let things go. Why are we worrying ourselves to death when worrying does not help a thing.
It only make our more sick. And eventually some people become sick and tired of being sick and tired. Just smile and accept it and MOVE ON.MOVE ON.....
3. Look around and think
We don't have it as bad as others do. Some people around the world did not eat today because they can't afford food. Childhood homelessness is on the raise in the US. We have food and a roof over our head and we are still not happy. We are more fortunate than we think. We take things for granted. We have working eyes,ears, and limbs some people don't. The next time we want to complain about how hard WE have it, we MUST stop and think about those less fortunate .
Thing will get better!
